TRANSCRIPTION:
The Grand Jury yesterday presented an indictment
for murder in the first degree against Bernard F.
Fitzpatrick, the Police officer who shot and killed
Police Officer Thomas J. Norton on the night of
the 19th ult. Frank McCormack and John Kennedy
have been indicted as accessories to the murder.
Recorder Smyth has under consideration a motion
to admit Fitzpatrick to bail.
